PLOT:
Dark comedy where Alfred Chamberlain copes with urban violence, obscene phone calls, rusty water pipes, electrical blackout, paranoia, racial conflict and a series of unsolved murders during a 1970s summer as he gets to know his girlfriend Patsy Newquist's eccentric family.
