PLOT:
Defined entirely by his profession, by day, the nameless phlegmatic driver is a mechanic and a daredevil stuntman for high-paced action movies, but by night, he's a masterful getaway wheelman for criminals. But when an unexpected encounter with Irene, the Driver's vulnerable neighbor and mother of a young son, stirs a spontaneous affection, things will soon take a turn for the worse, as a reluctant job with her ex-con husband ends up in a bloody mess. Now, on the run, blood-stained, and with a bag crammed with the Mafia's cash, the Driver not only has to save himself, but also to protect the defenseless Irene and her child. For years, the stoic Driver has been executing to perfection his precise escapes. Can he do it one more time?
