PLOT:
Workplace sitcom involving the lives of a group of employees at a St. Louis, Missouri big-box chain store location.

season 1 - 
During his first day on the job at a big-box store, Jonah makes a bad first impression on floor manager Amy, and draws the romantic interest of assistant manager Dina. A reporter is supposed to be writing a piece on the store, but focuses more on Jonah; Garrett tries to avoid being photographed; Cheyenne asks her boyfriend to write a corporate jingle. Amy fights racial stereotypes, while Jonah learns why you should never lend a helping hand. Everyone becomes obsessed with a mannequin that looks exactly like Jonah; Cheyenne considers putting her baby up for adoption; Glenn and Dina get into an argument about parenting. Without a babysitter for the day, Amy defies store policy and takes her daughter to work; Cheyenne and Mateo get into a fight over a couch; Dina investigates a shoplifter. Amy feels competitive when Glenn publicly congratulates Jonah on his superb test results; Cloud 9 employees are on their best behavior in anticipation of a secret shopper. Glenn announces that all employees will receive a $100 bonus if the store reaches a sales goal by the end of the day; Jonah has an encounter with Amy's husband; Dina and Glenn plan a celebration. When Cheyenne and Bo intend to make lavish purchases during the store's annual wedding-themed sale, Amy tries to talk to them about the cost of having a child; Glenn tries to show his support for gay marriage. While working late, the Cloud 9 staff find themselves locked inside the store for the entire night. Dina asks for a demotion so that she is free to date Jonah. Cheyenne is having her baby in the store but won't stop working because Cloud9 doesn't offer paid maternity leave. To help her, Jonah proposes a walkout. 

season 2 - 
Amy gets the opportunity to meet her childhood idol; Glenn struggles to balance his excessive patriotism; Jonah discovers a secret about Mateo's past; Dina works to create a memorable closing ceremony. A full-fledged strike ensues when a group of Cloud 9 employees walk off the job to protest the firing of Glenn; Jonah tries to help Amy negotiate with corporate; Garrett meets a gorgeous woman on the picket line. A workplace accident threatens Amy's plan to impress the district manager; Glenn tries to come off as a strict boss; Jonah tries to help Dina win over the co-workers she betrayed in the strike. Jonah is assigned to the gun counter, but refuses to sell to anyone he deems suspicious; Glenn tries to buy the store's entire stock of morning-after pills. After the company's spokesman is arrested for murder, Glenn begins to wonder if he truly knows his co-workers; Amy and Jonah challenge each other to a series of dares; Cheyenne annoys Garrett and Sandra with her baby talk. Cheyenne and Bo fight, prompting Amy and Glenn to give them advice in very different forms; Mateo and Jonah oversee dog adoption at the store; Garrett taunts Dina whe she refuses to adjust his time card. After an apparent theft, Dina launches a store-wide investigation, interrupting everyone's Halloween plans; Jonah and Cheyenne attempt to bond; Garrett tries to defend himself in Dina's theft probe. Cloud 9 becomes an official polling place; Dina and Glenn are stuck in a cover-up; Mateo hides his undocumented status. Adam is hired as extra help for the holidays, much to Amy's dismay; Jonah organizes a betting pool on which seasonal temp will be the first to quit; while Glenn looks to hire the perfect store Santa. The staff comes down with food poisoning; Jonah documents the day with home video; Glenn's disposition changes; Mateo and Cheyenne discover a lucrative Black Friday side business. After the annual lucky dip in the lost and found bin, Amy winds up with a huge wad of cash. Cloud 9 goes through a store-wide re-branding. Glenn accidentally lets slip the real reason for Amy's tardiness; Dina arranges a ladies' lunch; Jonah and Garrett invent a game to help pass the time. Amy and Glenn's attempt at workplace matchmaking doesn't go according to plan, while Jonah goes undercover to thwart a suspected shoplifter. Tempers fray as the store's heating system malfunctions. Amy sees Mateo out on a secret date with Jeff; Glenn resents Jonah for outshining him on Cloud 9's Wellness Fair; Dina tries to prove Amy faked being sick. Glenn is determined to win the Cloud 9 Integrity Award. Due to his undocumented status, Mateo's plan to transfer stores is in jeopardy; Glenn tries to sweet talk an internet troll; Garret and Dina have difficulty labeling the nature of their relationship. Glenn invites his kids to the store; Jonah falls for Glenn's 25-year-old daughter. After finding a set of photos, Amy and Garrett struggle to put a name to a familiar face; Bo joins the Cloud 9 workforce; Jonah attempts to bond with Glenn. Things don't go as planned on Cheyenne and Bo's wedding day. Amy and Jonah dodge relationship rumors. Glenn learns of upcoming layoffs. Dina talks her way into the wedding party. Glenn is riddled with indecision over which staff members he has to lay off, whilst the store lies in the path of an approaching tornado. 

season 3 - 
The employees of Cloud 9 rush to restock the store in time for its grand re-opening. The Cloud 9 employees hold a memorial service for their co-worker Brett; Amy worries about Dina's anxiety; Jonah looks into Garrett's past; Mateo and Cheyenne convince Glenn that they were close with Brett to avoid work. Emma joins the Cloud 9 workforce, causing Amy to stress about her role as a parent; Garrett and Dina disagree over which one of them dumped the other; Kelly struggles with her first day on the job. Tensions arise among the employees after an attempted robbery, pitting Dina against Jonah. Meanwhile, Glenn has a tough time firing the store security guard. A dead body is discovered in the store on Halloween, throwing Glenn and Dina into a panic, and confusing the shoppers. Meanwhile, Amy and Garrett get into big trouble using a dating app on Jonah's phone. Amy and Jonah start a health fund for the Cloud 9 staff; Glenn worries that he may have a cancerous mole. Trying to prove how "wild" she can be, Amy turns a boring Christmas Eve at Cloud 9 into a holiday adventure. Meanwhile, Jonah and Garrett's roommate issues boil over. Glenn tries to prove to Mateo that Christmas is more than just "fine." The employees of Cloud 9 explore social media when a controversial video is posted online. Amy enlists Dina and Jonah to help plan her annual Golden Globes party. After concluding that it won't be in their best interests, the Cloud 9 staff attempt to sabotage plans for a store upgrade; Cheyenne inadvertently agrees to be a surrogate for Glenn and Jerusha. Amy tries to talk Cheyenne into standing up to her pushy mom; Glenn and Dina enter contract negotiations over the surrogacy; Jonah struggles to come to terms with Kelly's belief in angels. Amy doesn't think she's ready to start dating again, but when Mateo tries to fix her up with his loser cousin, she tries to convince everyone she can do better. Smelly gamer nerds descend on the store for the release of Barbarians' Gate 3; Amy and Jonah embark on a Goonies-style adventure; Glenn and Sandra's plan to stand up for themselves backfires; Garrett meets one of his heroes. Following a workplace injury, Mateo is worried his illegal status may be revealed; Amy regrets doing a good deed for Kelly; Marcus hopes to enter the human mammary dairy market. Glenn and Dina offer amnesty to the employees for any bad things they confess; Garrett and Cheyenne try to decide how to take advantage of it; Jonah and Amy try to defuse an awkward situation that has the whole store gossiping. Garrett leads Glenn to believe that Jeff is poaching Cloud 9 employees to go and work at Target; Jonah and Kelly work on their plan to move in together; Dina fixes Amy up with a date. When a new district manager arrives looking to make budget cuts, Amy accidentally causes her to fire Myrtle; Garrett advises Mateo to alter his performance record; Dina tries to hide her growing baby bump. Small businesses set up shop at Cloud 9 for Local Vendors Day; Jonah's concerned Glenn is pressuring staff to buy stuff from Jerusha's needlepoint stall; Amy doesn't feel Latina enough when the beverage guy chats to her in fluent Spanish. With the highest prize for over 20 years, lottery mania sweeps Cloud 9; Dina incentivizes Garrett to sell as many tickets as possible to get one over on Colleen from the Bel-Ridge store; Jonah encourages Amy to lobby for a raise. The store hosts a gender reveal party for Glenn and his wife Jerusha, just as Dina is freaking out at the realities of having to deliver a baby. Meanwhile, Amy receives some unsettling news. Amy and Jonah deal with the consequences of their kiss. Glenn and Dina enlist Garrett to help the store win a visit from Cloud 9's CEO. As the store prepares to host a company-wide town hall meeting, Amy and Jonah are forced to put their conflicts aside and rally their co-workers to confront the CEO. Glenn struggles with the pressure of speaking to a global audience. 

season 4 - 
Upon their return from suspension, Amy and Jonah are met with different reactions by their co-workers. Jeff attempts to make things right after failing to get Myrtle her job back. Jonah helps Amy get creative to stock up on supplies for her new baby, while Glenn and Jerusha take maternity pictures that inspire Dina to have her own photo shoot - art directed by Mateo. Glenn spirals when Kelly requests a transfer to the Fenton store; Jonah and Amy pretend to fight to keep their relationship hidden from their co-workers; Cheyenne struggles to organize a workplace carpool. An employee costume competition is announced, and Amy and Mateo aren't afraid to play dirty to win first prize, which is a paid day off. Glenn is pre-occupied with the new Cloud 9's automatic shopping cart collector, and Garrett is tormented by an annoying Halloween novelty song. Amy and Dina are both in labor. But while Glenn's manager status gets Dina the royal treatment at the fancy hospital, Amy and Jonah have a far difference experience at a nearby (but cheaper) clinic. At Cloud 9, Garrett struggles to express his best wishes for the new parents. Amy discovers she's not entitled to maternity leave due to a technicality; unimpressed with Glenn's latest hire, Jonah and Garrett take over the interview process for a new Cloud 9 seasonal worker. Glenn introduces a new Cloud 9 initiative which compels staff to engage in small talk with the customers; Jonah's parents make a surprise visit to the store; Dina and Garrett make a wager to see which of them can smile the longest. Amy and Jonah attend the Cloud 9 Management Summit in Chicago; Mateo's worried he may have unintentionally revealed his undocumented status to Sayid; Garrett and Dina face the trials and tribulations of the Christmas gift wrapping station. Glenn takes Amy under his wing after she inquires about becoming a manager; Dina thinks about making a career change; Cheyenne and Mateo go into business together. Amy and Cheyenne attend Cloud 9 Academy to advance their careers. Dina and Garrett get roped into babysitting Glenn's daughter while he childproofs his office, and Jonah and Mateo become political activists. When Glenn introduces the new Cloud 9 "step challenge" to encourage the workforce to be more active, Amy manipulates her unenthusiastic co-workers into action in an effort to boost her managerial aspirations. With a massive snowstorm beating down on St. Louis and an unsympathetic home office, the Cloud 9 employees and customers get snowed in, leading to escalating tensions and infighting. Jonah and Amy's first Valentine's Day together gets derailed when Dina brings her birds to work, which also causes trouble for Garrett. Cheyenne gives Marcus a tattoo. Glenn makes videos for his daughter to watch while he's at work. Following Glenn's decision to step down as store manager, Amy hopes to fill the role; Jonah and Mateo help to cover-up a serious financial crime; Garrett and Cheyenne find it hard to adjust to life without cell phones. Amy has an awkward first day as manager after her salary is accidentally announced to the entire store; Mateo attempts to give himself a promotion; Glenn's positivity as a lowly floor worker rubs Garrett the wrong way. Amy spies on the break room via a hidden camera when she hears people making fun of her; Dina tries to track down an unsanctioned Easter Bunny roaming the store; Glenn preps for his church's Passion play. Jonah struggles to find his place at Amy's daughter Emma's quinceañera. Dina proves very popular with some teenage boys. Cheyenne and Mateo are obsessed with seeing Amy cry. Glenn butts heads with Amy after he invites Pastor Craig to the store without her permission; Jonah is appointed as the store ambassador for Cloud 9's new green initiative. Dina agrees to play the bad guy when corporate forces Amy to cut everyone's hours. Jonah and the other employees play an elaborate game of laser tag with the store's new scanners. Mateo makes a startling discovery about Marcus. Corporate send someone to investigate after it's determined that a series of tweets highlighting Cloud 9's failings were all posted by an employee. As more hours are cut, some of the staff take to selling their personal items in the store. Sandra's talk of unionization catches the ear of Corporate who are looking to close down a Cloud 9 store; now that everyone knows he's responsible for Dina's missing birds, Garrett tries to prove to his co-workers that he's a good person. Amy and Jonah find themselves on opposing sides as corporate tries to win over employees by showering them with treats. When the company's tactics grow more extreme, everyone must band together to save one of their own. 

season 5 - 
When a robot joins the workforce as part of Corporate's new forward-thinking initiative, the staff worry about being replaced; Amy tries to help Cheyenne deal with Mateo's detention, while Dina and Marcus hatch a plan to break him out. Amy attempts to gather glowing character testimony for Mateo's immigration lawyer but comes up short. Jonah plans an engagement party for Sandra, infuriating Dina, while Glenn and Marcus compete for Mateo's old locker. When Amy hires Dina's nemesis Colleen, Dina blackmails Garrett into making Colleen's life a living hell. Jonah is forced to befriend Marcus in order to unionize the warehouse guys. The local mall has closed, and while Amy and Dina are excited about the influx of new customers, they quickly realize they're not all there to shop. Cheyenne learns she's not as cool as she thinks she is. Jonah and Cheyenne run the store after they convince Amy to take a power nap; when Glenn has another health scare, Dina takes control of his nutrition and fitness; Mateo interviews for a job with the store's optometrist. With the new district manager set to visit, Amy amps up the store's Halloween spirit; Kelly helps Jonah with unionization; Cheyenne and Mateo suspect Dina could be the local serial killer; Glenn is terrified of a haunted house attraction. Amy, Jonah and Glenn hatch a plan to make Amy look like a tough boss after she loses face in front of the district manager; Dina recruits Mateo to help her run Cloud 9's shoplifter rehabilitation program, with a few of Dina's tweaks. Amy and Jonah help Mateo run a toy drive to make him look good for his hearing, but they clash with a competing charity rep; Sandra and Jerry ask Glenn to officiate their wedding; Cheyenne thinks Colleen may have ghosted Garrett. As part of a new corporate initiative, the employees have to rush items directly to shoppers' cars; Amy's brother, Eric, visits and Amy thinks she sees a spark with Mateo; Garrett is impressed by a customer's high-tech purchase. Jonah and Sandra head to Corporate for union contract negotiations; Amy, Dina and Cheyenne chop down the perfect Christmas tree; Mateo challenges Glenn to see who is the best salesman. After Cloud 9's acquisition, Amy struggles to contact the store's new parent company. Sandra enlists Garrett and Dina's help to stand up to Carol. Glenn wrestles with a big career decision. Jonah takes up the cause of gender equality. Jonah is surprised to learn that Myrtle left him a large sum of money, while Glenn is convinced she's communicating with him from beyond the grave; Cheyenne sells bootleg cosmetics in the store; Sandra reunites Dina with her deadbeat dad. Amy tries to make Mateo her assistant, leading to accusations of favoritism and a group competition in the store; Sandra gets caught in a power struggle between Glenn and Dina; Jonah tries to show Garrett that he's still one of the guys. Sandra and Jerry are getting married; when Jonah's attempt to help the caterers and Dina's obsession with security threaten to derail it all, it falls on Amy to make sure Sandra's big day isn't ruined; Garrett struggles with his toast. After Cloud 9 receives a new cereal bar, Amy and Jonah speculate on Zephra's ulterior motives; Dina enlists Cheyenne's help in dealing with a scammer; Garrett tries to con Glenn into giving him paid time off. Cloud 9 employees experience unforeseen problems with the new Zephra app; Jonah gaslights Garrett in order to teach him a lesson; Amy regrets encouraging Dina to text more often. Amy organizes a community service event, but it's jeopardized by Jeff's return and Glenn's desire to help his co-workers; Sandra confronts Jonah about his strategy for soliciting donations; Garrett tries to prove his intelligence to Dina. When Amy has to bring her baby to the store, she grows frustrated with criticisms of her parenting and Glenn enlists Jerusha to help; Garrett helps Dina plan her first date with her boyfriend; Sandra and Cheyenne hatch a conspiracy theory. When Carol returns to the store post-suspension, Amy struggles with employees who refuse to work with her; Garrett and Mateo take advantage of the gig economy; Jonah tries to convince Raise the Wage protesters that he's one of them. With Amy out of the office for a special meal with Jonah's family, the Cloud 9 staff goof off by playing an elaborate store-wide game created by Garrett; Dina worries about being spontaneous when her new boyfriend surprises her at work. After Mateo and Cheyenne disagree on how to celebrate her birthday, Cheyenne enlists Bo's help; to Garrett's chagrin, Glenn plays matchmaker to help Jerry and Sandra complete their family; Dina tries to help Amy keep a secret from Jonah. 

season 6 - 
Cloud 9 employees as of March of 2020; beginning of the pandemic as Amy and Jonah are preparing to move to Los Angeles. COVID 19 effects are felt throughout the store. As the Cloud 9 employees prepare to send Amy and Jonah off, Mateo and Glenn attempt to organize a video tribute and Dina searches for a new best friend. With the floor supervisor position available, Jonah decides to throw his hat in the ring, much to Dina's chagrin; Glenn and Mateo struggle to find the right balance in their relationship; Garrett tries to prove he's been in love before. On the day of Cloud 9's "In-store-vaganza," Dina finally gets the chance to step up to the plate and run the store; Garrett and Cheyenne search for a mysterious smell; Jonah finds himself excited about a new opportunity. After Cloud 9 changes their policy of locking up Black beauty products, the employees are forced to reckon with systemic racism in the store, with Garrett leading the charge; Glenn desperately tries to right the store's wrongs. Glenn is back from COVID quarantine and ready to resume store manager duties but needs Cheyenne and Bo's help to get Dina to cede power. Jonah and Mateo are unsure about helping Sandra with her cat's medical needs. When the employees start to worry about Jonah's emotional state, Mateo, Glenn and Sandra try to help him move on after Amy; Cheyenne is forced to shadow Carol for the day; Garrett helps Dina search for a secret location in the store. Jonah finds himself in trouble with Sandra and Glenn when her son, Tony, starts working at Cloud 9; Mateo tries to help Cheyenne be a better floor supervisor; Garrett is thrust in the middle of Dina's relationship with Brian the vet. After Zephra's new secular store policy miffs Glenn, Marcus and Sandra take him down a conspiracy theory rabbit hole; a memory lapse causes Jonah to question his friendship with Garrett; Cheyenne and Mateo continue their feud. With Carol's lawyer at Cloud 9 to depose the employees, Jonah tries to ease Glenn's nerves. Mateo enlists Sandra's help hiding the details of his work arrangement, while Dina grows concerned about Garrett's behavior at Customer Service. On the day of Store 1217's first deep cleaning since the pandemic began, Glenn ropes Garrett into throwing a party to cheer up the employees; Dina needs Cheyenne's guidance when her ability to run the store is compromised. When Jeff returns to push customer satisfaction surveys, Mateo enlists Garrett's help to hide his relationship status; Dina's idea to boost the survey scores backfires; Jonah tries to convince Sandra to value herself. When the Cloud 9 founder's son makes a surprise visit, the employees struggle to accommodate his bold ideas; Garrett helps Dina navigate a tricky situation with Brian; Jonah and Sandra use social media to investigate some worrying news. With a 95% chance that the store will be closed, the Cloud 9 staff mount an attempt to save it. The employees celebrate the past, present and future of Cloud 9.
